Antonio Fernandez has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since August 2020. Mr. Fernandez currently serves as the President of AFF Advisors, LLC, a private advisory firm. From 2011 to 2016, Mr. Fernandez served as Executive Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer of Pinnacle Foods, Inc., where he was responsible for management of the company’s end-to-end supply, while also overseeing Pinnacle’s food quality, safety and productivity programs. Mr. Fernandez was Senior Vice President Operational Excellence at Kraft Foods Group following Kraft’s acquisition of Cadbury, PLC in 2010, until he joined Pinnacle in 2011. Mr. Fernandez was at Cadbury, PLC from 1998 until 2010 serving in a series of senior management positions, including Chief Supply Chain Officer from 2008-2010. His early career included roles in manufacturing, procurement, engineering, logistics and consulting with Proctor & Gamble Co., PepsiCo, Inc. and The Canaan Group. Mr. Fernandez served on the Board of Directors at Collier Creek Holdings in August 2020. Mr. Fernandez currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Lafayette College. Mr. Fernandez has served on the Board of Directors with Americold Realty Trust, the world’s largest publicly traded REIT, since May 2019. Previously, he served on the Board of Directors of Liberty Property Trust until its recent acquisition by Prologis, Inc.
Mr. Fernandez earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Lafayette College. Mr. Fernandez is NACD/CERT Cybersecurity certified and has completed the New York University’s School of Law – Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence, Cyber Scholar Program. Mr. Fernandez has substantial experience in supply chain and operations experience at publicly-traded consumer companies, cybersecurity expertise, a record of realizing cost efficiencies and integrating acquisitions, and experience serving as a director of a public company.
