Our leadership sets clear expectations for ethical, transparent, and accountable business practices. Governance of our environmental and social performance begins with the Board of Director’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, which oversees ESG strategy, risk, and reporting in partnership with the full Board.

In 2024, we strengthened ESG oversight, advanced our risk management systems, and continued integrating sustainability into decision-making—ensuring our commitments are upheld across every level of the company.

In 2024, 100% of active employees completed their annual Code of Business Conduct & Ethics certification. This Code helps guide everyday decisions, and our 24/7 Ethics Hotline gives associates a safe, anonymous way to speak up if something doesn’t feel right. Integrity matters—on the production line, in the office, and everywhere in between.
