Our leadership establishes clear governance expectations, empowering all associates to uphold the highest ethical standards. Governance of our environmental and social performance starts with our Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, which oversees strategy, risks, opportunities, and reporting related to ESG matters in coordination with our Board of Directors.

This ensures that sustainability is integrated into our business practices from the top down.

Behave Ethically

We are committed to upholding our ethical commitments and hold ourselves accountable for following through. While our Board of Directors and Utz leadership team set the tone, it is the responsibility of all associates to implement our culture of ethics, compliance, and integrity.

Our Code of Business Conduct & Ethics outlines our core values, and all newly hired associates and people managers are required to certify their understanding of the Code annually. Everyone has access to our Code and Ethics Hotline, which allows associates to report any concerns, anonymously if preferred, about situations that may violate the Code, affecting themselves, their peers, or the Company.
